I kind of stumbled into the whole painting thing. It started with a wooden shelf I bought at a yard sale and I went to town on it with acrylic paint and I was hooked. I have been very shy about showing work in public until about six years ago when I actually sold some paintings. I mainly work from snapshots and then add my own two cents here and there. I like working in oils and I'm starting to sketch more these days.
